Lateral and Third Ventricles are markedly enlarged. The right ventricle measured 22.6mm, left ventricle 14.7mm, third ventricle 6.6mm
Impressions... 1. Marked ventriculomegaly involving the lateral and third ventricles. 2. Suspect inferior vermian hypoplasia, large retrocerebellar CSF space with some uplifting of the torcula suggesting Dandy-Walker Spectrum.  3. Brainstem appears relatively small with absent normal anterior bulge of the pons. 4. Cannot confirm complete septum pellucidum.

Left Ventricle 18.0mm
Right Ventricle 39.0mm
Cisterna Magna: 8.6
If hydrocephaly becomes progressively worse, may plan for probable cesarean at 36-37 weeks, depending on Dr Baumgartner recommendations.

Left Ventricle 30mm
Right Ventricle 65mm
Since hydrocephaly becomes progressively worse, we will 9lan for Cesarean at 37 weeks.  We will discuss with Dr Baumgartner today to see if he wants to deliver earlier.
